I wanted to record this video, because I feel now, more than ever, it is so important that we are connected. It’s so important that we are transparent and open, and I know the clients of Sterling RISQ know that we are always transparent and open.
My primary aim during this crisis is the safety and well-being of my team while ensuring we maintain the quality of service that our clients have become used to.
This has meant a few things. Our teams are now working from home, like most of us these days, and we continue to communicate with clients – phone, email and video. And we have bolstered our technological capabilities to ensure that we can deliver our services to the highest possible standards.
I have been so impressed with the way the team came together, with the way they had taken on this challenge, and overcome the difficulties. And I am confident that we continue to deliver right throughout the extent of the crisis. We are also learning new ways to communicate and to work.
We have seen a range of enquires from our current clients and prospective clients. Some industries, like healthcare, technology, logistics, are really experiencing a surge in hiring demands. Others are, unfortunately, struggling, and they are seeing a downturn.
